With diverse leadership experience, JB is a highly requested speaker, team developer, and leadership & financial coach with his high energy and hands on approach.
Earlier in his lifetime, JB worked as an executive for multiple retail companies. In addition, he stepped into the self-employed realm by becoming a partner/operator of multiple health clubs in the Southeast US. There he created leadership coaching keynotes & seminars that varied to develop the elite level athlete, the collegiate coach, company sales departments, to C-level leadership.
Later hired by Universal Retirement, JB learned and develop Retirement presentations for school teachers, public employees, business owners, military personnel, in addition to the middle class working family to the high net worth individual. As a Financial Specialist, JB continues to help his clients and empowers them to continue to understand what they will leave for their generations to come. He also is hands on with the development of all of the agents in the agency as it continues to evolve and help understand the changing era.
In 2016, JB created Next Level Mindset, with the intention to merely be a place to empower individuals by video, blogs, podcast and social media. Educating all walks of life and situations, NLM was the place for people to understand that anything can be achieved mentally and financially. JB’s intention was to work with individuals one on one, and do a few speaking presentations here and there.
Now JB is excited to bring his experience from being a leader on the soccer pitch, experience from working with multiple partners and companies, to develop your teams via seminars, to sales / motivational keynotes and presentations. In addition to teaching leaders how to grow their business by both the sales team they work with in addition to creating lasting relationships with the person on the other side of the table.
Even with all of this, JB, to this day, is still helping individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and small/mid-sized business with their financial plans and futures.
Beyond work, JB spends time with his family, golfing, cooking, and finding the next greatest sneaker to add to his shoe collection.
